On the upper level is a spacious laundry room, one primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two other bedrooms. This home is in an excellent location, across the street from the galloping goose trail, walking distance to Happy Valley elementary school and on bus route to western exchange, 8 mins drive to Walmart and Superstore.

Rent is $3600 for the whole house unfurnitured, which includes the garage and backyard, long term lease only can move in any time,
* Tenants will be responsible for all utilities, including BC Hydro bill, water bill, and Garbage collection Bill.
* BC Hydro meter to be put in tenants name.
* Proof of tenant insurance is required for the duration of the lease and to be renewed if lease continues.
* Employee letters, references and credit check are required.
