Langford studio apartment

The suite is open, spacious, and has its own private entrance. The kitchen has an apartment sized washer and dryer (not yet seen in pictures), full sized brand new hood range microwave, brand new oven, and brand new fridge.

The "bedroom" is large and features a natural gas fireplace. The bathroom was recently "created" and is brand new from top to bottom.

We are a family of 6 and we do live up stairs! We are a little noisy, but everyone is tucked away and quiet by 830pm.. 9pm at the latest.

We are looking for a single occupant, preferably hard of hearing (joking.. kinda). Single occupant with a child would be OK too as long as the space suites your needs.

NO PARTYING it's a family house
