We are looking for long term renters either a couple with a children or 2 friends. We are a laid back family of 4 upstairs in a nice neighborhood off millstream road. Bus route on our road close to Costco,Home Depot and supermarkets
The suite has a nice deck and large backyard that can be shared with a vegetable garden help your self .
The main bedroom is very large can easily accommodate a king size bed. Can be rented furnished or unfurnished 
Gas hot water on demand.
Utilities are split depending on people.
Internet 🛜 can be split we have 1gb Telus fibre and cable.
We have one spare spot for a car in our driveway otherwise street parking for 2 cars
No cats I’m allergic.
