Looking for someone to take over my lease. Will be doing a lease assignment so you will have a contract with the management company until April 30th and it will continue month to month after that.

Top floor bachelor apartment with large closets, dishwasher, microwave, large balcony, A/C, in-suite washer and dryer.

The building:
New building in Langford that includes access to a full gym with a sauna and steam room. The Games room has a pool table, darts, arcade games and TVs to hook up your gaming console to. The rooftop patio has barbecues, propane fire pits, and bocce ball. There are also lounges around the building that provide good work spaces for those who work from home and want a change of scenery. And a fenced in pet relief area, pet wash station and a large park across the street.

Bike storage is available for an extra cost.
