Looking for a quiet and respectful individual/couple to live in our 1 bedroom basement suite with a mini private patio area.

Located within minutes to gorge waterway, grocery stores, gas stations and much more. 17 minute bike ride into Downtown Victoria.

There is a bus stop within a 1 minute walk where you can catch the bus to downtown and uvic. Bus stop coming home drops you off even closer.

My wife and I live upstairs with our newborn baby and we have two tiny poodles (hypoallergenic). We are friendly and respectful and would expect the same from you.

The suite is furnished (with the exception that the current couch is slightly smaller than the one in the photos. The furniture can be removed if you have your own.

* Monthly rent is $1900 including all utilities (high speed Internet-water-hydro- gas- garbage collection). Half month security deposit is required when signing the agreement. *
