Our 1 bedroom basement suite is available for rent on February 1st for $1700 monthly. We are located on Triangle Mountain in Colwood, with stunning views.

The suite is fully equipped with 5 appliances: Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge, Stove. Window coverings are included (blinds). Internet and water bill are also included. Hydro is not included in the rent. There is parking for 1 car in the driveway. You have your own covered patio out the back door, with access to the backyard.
