The main house is our home. We are a quiet, easy-going couple who enjoy visits from our family. We love this area with all the beaches, hiking and shopping nearby and we are sure you will too.

The suite is ideal for a professional couple or small family seeking a home in an amazing and growing community with gorgeous nature all around you. We’re looking for respectful and responsible tenants who will enjoy this home and area as much as we do. No smoking (of any type) or vaping on the premises, no pets of any type and no big parties - we’ve got neighbours that deserve a quiet environment. Tenant insurance is required.

The price is $2,500/month (you’ll need your own hydro). References and proof of income are required if you’re selected. A one-year lease is preferred; however, a shorter term may be considered.
