Every 3 Month maintenance and unit inspections. Unit must be clean kept especially shower/bathroom/stove and kept clean mildew free. if you don’t live this way it’s prob not the rite fit. We have showings of the units for Remortgage appraisals and New Insurance rates and Fire department inspections rear round so tenants only have 24hrs notice to clean up etc. We find if they live clean 24hrs notice is plenty. We just like to be upfront with our expectations as it mite not be the rite fit for everyone.
You must set up your own hydro, Gas, internet as it is a apartment. But its energy efficient so the cost is minimal.
