Roomate Wanted Private Bathroom & Office included

Hello,

My name is Terri, Im looking for one other person to share my three story home with me.

I live in the Cowichan Valley, in a little town on the sea called Chemainus. My home is built 1941 and has lots of character. The top floor of the house is available, with one bedroom, an office/ bedroom and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
You are invited to share the rest of the house with me. I live on a parcel of land with beautiful trees, and a big back yard, where I am establishing an herbal and veggie garden, your invited to grow plants here too.
We are right next to the Cowichan trail, as it's just around the corner and creates an ease of flow walking or biking to town. I am five minutes to Fuller lake, the sea (Kin Beach) and ten to the bustling Swallow Field estuary and Old town of Chemainus.

The town I live in is full of cultural heritage.

We have a colorful town of arts, murals, makers, hobbyist's, farmers, real town local shops, antiques, so many antiques, live music and the Chemainus Theatre!

I am a clinical herbalist, who loves to share my plant knowledge and medicine with those that wish to learn and try, herbal tea will always be served.
