Parsons Landing offers two bedroom suites in five different two bedroom suite layouts to suit your needs. Heat and water are included in the rent. When you sign a one year lease, for a limited time only, you will also receive a free underground parking stall!

Parsons Landing also offers one bedroom, one bedroom plus den, and three bedroom suites.

The units feature fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, walk-in closet and in-suite storage. Furnished suites, with linens and fully equipped kitchens, are available for an additional $100 per month. Enjoy summer evenings on your spacious balcony and the convenience of heated, underground parking in the winter.

Small pets allowed for a non-refundable pet fee.

Parsons Landing is a quiet building located in the desirable neighbourhood of Timberlea, within walking distance of Independent Grocer and other shops and services.

Leasing office hours are from 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and after hours by arrangement.
