About the neighbourhood

The Horizon straddles the Downtown and Rossdale neighbourhoods, bringing you the best of two worlds. Popular Edmonton restaurants (including Objects cafe and Dorinku) and a number of other restaurants, businesses, and services are a few blocks away. The number 9 bus stop is steps from the building’s front entrance, and the Bay/Enterprise LRT station is 3 blocks away, making it perfect for students or professionals working downtown. Or you can cross the street to Rossdale Road, and within blocks is access to Edmonton’s extensive river-valley trail system including parks, the funicular, and recreational opportunities. The south-facing windows have views of Canada Day fireworks as well as those put on by the Edmonton Riverhawks baseball team (show your ID with your new address for free tickets!). The building is also only five blocks away from Rogers Arena, which is perfect for Oilers fans or concert lovers. The ability to buy tickets an hour or two before an event without the worry of transportation can also mean big savings on the re-sale market.

About the owners

We are a local couple who have lived in this beloved condo for just over 10 years - through dating, marriage, two cats, and now two children - and are now ready for a bit more space. We are looking for responsible tenants to enjoy and care for the unit and welcome interest from all family situations, backgrounds, and identities.
