Available shortly, this spacious suite in a heritage home in Bonnie Doon is perfect for a student or professional working downtown. The bedroom is 14' square and the den and kitchen are similar sizes. It's linoleum in the kitchen, bathroom, and entry hall, and decades-old hardwood everyplace else. The suite has taller ceilings than many main floors, and carries a wealth of century-old charm in it. The original clawfoot tub is perfect for a wintry soak and the cast-iron radiator is great for warming clothing on a chilly day. It’s comfortably cool through spring and summer, when we turn the boiler off.

There is a new washer and dryer in the suite. We're a family upstairs, with two young children, and ask that you be as considerate as we strive to be. Smoking, drug use and excessive drinking are not permitted. The suite is furnished with great consideration given to your comfort and utility.

We're in a safe community, steps from Mill Creek Ravine, two blocks from the bus and LRT stations, and less than a ten-minute drive to either the University or downtown. There will be a strong preference given to graduate students and professionals.

We ask $850 plus 25% of the utilities for a single occupant or 35% for dual occupancies. You’re welcome to piggyback off of our internet.
