-No Smoking in Unit, tobacco or otherwise. This includes vaping.

If you're a party animal, your mom still does your laundry (but you don't live in her basement), you don't know how to load a dishwasher and keep food and refuse away from bugs on your kitchen counter, if your pet isn't house-trained, if you allow kitty litter all over the damn floor, if your dog is your furry baby but that baby should have a diaper 24/7, if you need a diaper 24/7, etc... Then perhaps we may not be a good fit. Save us both the time and refrain from applying.

We are interested in finding responsible tenants who will appreciate and love our home as we had while living here. FYI: Upstairs is a 2 bdrm suite as well with a very wonderful human being living on the main floor, so you will have house-mates above you.
