Fees in rental agreement will include exterior maintenance, heat, insur. for common areas, landscape/snow removal, reserve fund contribution, utilities common areas, water/sewer. Tenants may choose their preferred electricity provider as owner will NOT be including this service in the rental agreement.
Bylaws require written approval for pets of any kind.
Rental agreement will require 1 year or longer lease length, but will offer one month free.
