Our house offers a quiet, clean and respectful environment. We are professionals in our 40s. We enjoy outdoor activities and quite home. We do not smoke, and we are only social drinkers. Ideal tenant/roommate will be professional, none smoker, quiet, respectful.
The house is divided into two parts, two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs. The bathroom downstairs is shared by the tenants downstairs and the bathroom upstairs by the tenats upstairs. Downstairs there is also a fridge, living room, and a small breakfast area to share by the two tenants. The breakfast area is lightly equipped with a microwave, and coffee machine. The full kitchen is found upstairs and is shared with all residents. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, a dishwasher, a sink, and cabinet space to store your spices. Laundry is also shared by all occupants and it is located the basement and access through the downstairs washroom.
