Welcome to an all inclusive two bedroom basement apartment!

You will be (by vehicle):

- 11 minutes away from NAIT,

- 6 minutes from Concordia University,

- 5 minutes away from Yellowhead Trail,

- 9 minutes away from Anthony Hendey,

- 7 minutes away from Commonwealth Stadium (FREE parking), go anywhere in the city via LRT.


All utilities, internet, wifi, cable, Netflix, security system (independent of the landlord’s and on separate wifi, with separate security password, which the tenant(s) choose), includes a small outdoor patio and garden area specifically for tenant(s)’ usage. (The sidewalk through the patio/garden area is considered shared, due to Landlord completing yard maintenance and snow removal.)

The patio/garden area has a gate and a security lock on the gate which leads to the tenants’ space. The code is reset at the beginning of each tenancy.


Tenant parking is street parking with electrical cords running to the front of the house to plug vehicles in, in the winter.

Large bedroom: One queen size bed, dresser, bedside tables, lamps, pillows, bedding

Smaller bedroom: One twin hideaway bed (converts to a king), side table, lamp, bedding

All window coverings provide as well.

Additional notes: The back door is shared; however, there is a landing, the landlord goes to the right, the tenant(s) go to the left. There is an additional door at the bottom of the stairs, which is the access point to the downstairs apartment with an additional lock and key.

The laundry room is shared and independent of the basement apartment.

If you are a student you must provide documentation from your post secondary institution and a current student ID.

There is NO heavy drinking, NO loud partying, or any drugs permitted anywhere on the property. Cigarette smoking is accepted. You must be able to keep the apartment clean and be responsible and respectful. (Basically, treat others how you would like to be treated.)

All occupants need Tenants Insurance.
