Welcome to your home in the woods! This home is available to rent from late August through the end of June (1 year is negotiable).

Situated at the edge of the Elbow River in the woods. You will be immersed in a peaceful environment within the best community there is. The house on a half-acre with a huge outdoor patio and sitting area, trampoline, 2 treehouses, fire pit, sandbox. Out your back door are walking/biking trails, golf, disc golf, fishing, 2 playgrounds, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball court, rugby field etc. We are 5 mins from the quaint town of Bragg creek with many restaurants, coffee shops and artisan shops. 20 mins gets you into Westhills or Aspen, 40-60mins to Canmore/Banff.

on main floor is the Master bedroom with ensuite and walk in closet, view of forest out your window. 2 bonus rooms that could be made into bedrooms if needed Another half bath on main floor. Upstairs is two bedrooms with ensuite bath each. Kitchen all with modern appliances. Infrared sauna to stay for your use.

We would prefer to rent furnished but open to unfurnished. No pets. (Very small hypoallergenic dogs may be considered for unfurnished only). Only responsible, respectful tenants with references will be considered.
