Location is near the YMCA, Nose Hill library, and Crowfoot shopping center (walking distance to Safeway, Rona, Cineplex, fast food, etc.). It is a three minute walk to the Crowfoot LRT station and 18 minute ride to Downtown. A 7/11 store is located across the street.

Free access to swimming, boating, fishing, tennis, ice skating, etc. in Arbour Lake community center. Pets are allowed with written permission from the condo board, which will be handled by the landlord and they require a $150 deposit per pet.

There is also a one-time $250 move-in fee that is charged by the Condo.
