The advertised rate is for a one year lease. If you are looking for long term rent stability, we could add the option of a second year.
For leases 6+ months in length the rent would be $3,000 per month. We are negotiable on lease length, but shorter leases (1 to 5 months) would be considered at a higher monthly rate of $3,200 to 3,600 per month.
The monthly rental amount does not include a parking stall. One or two underground parking stall(s) can be added to the lease for an additional $250 per month per stall.
