Adjacent to this bedroom is the full bathroom, with dual vanity and full bathtub and shower. The bathroom also contains a washer/dryer combo for all your laundry needs. A full kitchen with stainless steel high-end appliances is ready for your culinary needs. The living room contains a 55” HD smart TV with a cozy sectional for everyone to enjoy. A double-sized Murphy bed in the living room allows for convenience and comfort. This legal basement suite has three tiers of soundproofing in the ceiling. Solid core doors also create a sound barrier. You may still hear light foot traffic upstairs. Separate heating is conveniently accessed via a nest thermostat. You also have the luxury of a separate entrance to the suite.

A Banff National Park pass can be provided upon request for no charge. This is for one vehicle and provides access to the park for an unlimited amount of days. Tenants will be charged $200 for lost/stolen cards.

You will be able to enjoy Mahogany Private Lake, where you can rent free of charge paddle boards, paddle boats, and life jacks. When in the gated lake you can also enjoy the splash pad, natural gas fireplace, BBQ pits, Beach umbrellas, and HOA community center. (HOA Fee may apply if you want access to the beach)
