The space:
Guests enter through a private door through deck of the house that can also be accessed using the walkway from either front of the house or the parking in the back. The door opens into an entryway on the main floor.

The main floor opens to a very lighted kitchen with new oven range, dishwasher & microwave, a dining table set and lounge area with couches and a coffee table. It includes the laundry and has space for an entertainment unit or a full-sized workspace. A 4-piece bathroom rounds out the main floor.


The 2 bedrooms contain queen beds, side tables, lamps and closet for storage.

The backyard has a deck and space for a lovely seating area and BBQ.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire main floor of the bi-level split in the private entrance on the main floor. The suite includes a furnished lounge area, 4-piece bathroom, full kitchen with all the basics, laundry room, and dining room. Private garage parking is available for one vehicle in the back of the house and free public parking is available in front of the house.
Other things to note
- This is a non-smoking and pet free home. We love animals but for allergy reasons cannot have them in the house. It is ok for smoking outside of the house.

- The house has central heating and air conditioning with the thermostat in the upper unit.

Rental terms:

  • Unit is available immediately
  • Rent: $1,800 per month paid on 1st of each month. 1-year lease
  • Security Deposit: One month's rent
  • Utilities are not included. Main floor tenant will be responsible for 60% of all utilities or average $250/- per month for gas, electricity & water
  • 2 References are required, previous landlord reference preferred
  • The basement is separately rented (separate entrance)
