Rent: $2600 per month + a deposit of $2712.

Reason for leaving: We are moving to Toronto and are looking for someone to take over the lease, which ends on June 30th.

Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly building. There is a small fee for pets, which should be dealt with directly with the condo admin.

Extras: Heat is included in the rent. You have to pay for water, internet, and electricity. If you need parking, that can be directly negotiated with the building admin as an additional cost.
