Crowfoot shopping area, and C-train is a short drive away, as is Royal Oak shopping, Rocky Ridge and Crowfoot YMCA, Crowfoot library and all of the big grocers.

The suite is in excellent condition and the entirely renovated kitchen boasts a new fridge, upgraded features and granite countertops.
