This is a lease takeover as we are moving to another city. Rental incentives include either paying for one parking spot or taking $$ off the monthly rental until the end of the lease - June 30th.

Gym across two floors, Golf simulator, Main lounge area + demo Kitchen, Pool area (summer only), and a lounge on the 35th floor. All these amenities (apart from the Gym) can be booked for free (deposit required) to host gatherings—a full concierge for your service.

Apartment: A beautiful two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom duplex on the 2nd floor of the South Tower. The bottom floor layout has a powder room, open kitchen, dining room, and living room with a balcony. The top floor has the laundry room, 2nd bedroom with a closet, and the main bedroom with a massive walk-in closet.

Rent: $2712 per month + 1 month deposit.

Reason for leaving: We are moving to Toronto and are looking for someone to take over the lease, which ends on June 30th.

Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly building. There is a small fee for pets, which should be dealt with directly with the condo admin.

Extras: Heat is included in the rent. You have to pay for water, internet, and electricity. If you need parking, that can be directly negotiated with the building admin. As an incentive, we are happy to pay for one parking spot until the end of the lease, or if you don't need parking, we are happy to take some $$ of the monthly rent - provided as a one-off payment when you successfully take over the lease.
