We are located just off of Stoney Trail connecting you to Banff and Lake Louise. Coop is 5 min drive or walking distance and Cosco and Superstore is 14 min drive on Stoney trail.

The rental is for one or 1 -2 adults. There is a master bedroom with queen bed and a hide a bed double size .

The environment is serene, quiet and has a view. We expect the same level of quietness, serenity and respect from our guests.

The space features floor to ceiling windows, queen sized bed in private bedroom equipped with beautiful soft linens, private full bath equipped with towels. An open living room space with a tv, cable, coffee table and large sectional.
There is a dining space with a dining table and chairs.
The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, coffee machine, hot plate, and electric appliances making it fully functional and practical (fryer, toaster, microwave).Acces to outdoor patio and barbeque is available. New washer and dryer added recently.

Guest has entire walk out basement suite with new flooring that includes an large open space living room area and fully renovated kitchenette . Separate entrance in the house is from the side of the house via backyard Walkout Basement .
Guest has access to outdoor barbeque and paved patio sitting table with chairs.

There is no parties allowed, smoking or drugs within the property/ back yard up to property fence.

We expect the space to be kept tidy. Guest must vacuum, clean floor, bathroom clean and wash sheets once a week.

The guest must provide copy of driver license, contact reference from previous renting as well as demonstrate employment or pay in advance while is renting before the rental period begin. Also the guest/ tenant must have own rental insurance.

We offer a private parking spot on the side of the house. The unit back on the ravine with walking and bike paths.

The tenant pay first and last mont of rent in a 1 year contract .
