In the 5 years that I've lived in the building I've never had an issue, and on the rare occasion I've needed maintenance on an appliance it was done right away with no issues. 

Building amenities include: A fully equipped gym, fitness classes, chef's kitchen for hosting events, large outdoor patio with barbecues, pool table, movie room, and work/study space. The building often has tenant events like cooking classes, wine tastings, movie nights etc. On-site security and concierge (you never have to worry about being home to receive a package).
