Bright and open concept basement suite comes fully furnished. Private entrance with washer and dryer adjacent to the suite.  The unit is fit with modern decor including a new leather sectional and a high end solid wood dinning table.  The nicely sized bedroom was just updated with a solid oak bed frame and a super comfy queen mattress. There is an additional storage unit included.  All bedding is included if desired as the unit comes with two full sets of cotton sheets and multiple blankets to chose from. If you prefer your own bedding, feel free to bring it. The bathroom offers a full sized tub and has solid shower pressure. The kitchen comes fully equipped with Pots, pans, toaster, utensils, Keurig, bowls, plates, cups, mugs etc. New 55" Samsun HD Smart TV included with all streaming apps and the home is set up with high speed internet. You are welcome to bring some of your own kitchen equipment if you prefer. This suite is move in ready. All you really need is your suitcase!

There is a small garage at the back of the house that you would be able to store additional items in if needed.

Free street parking directly out front of the house and a small driveway at the back of the house.

30% utility split. Electricity, heat, water and internet.

My preference is to rent the suite to one single working professional on a 1 year minimum lease with option to extend.
