Two blocks away from grocery store and very close to multiple restaurants. Utilities included, yes even wi-fi. House is furnished (TV, couches, dinner table), bedroom is not furnished but I can find you a bed/bedframe if you are interested (a friend has an extra one). Desk and chair in the picture are optional, yours if you want them, otherwise I'll put them in the storage room.
