Rooms are furnished with fridge and have High Speed Internet. We have good tenants that enjoy a quiet and clean house that share bathroom kitchen, laundry.

Houses are quiet and not for partying or social get togethers.

Short term tenancy is possible or long term. Most tenants are quite happy and have been there about 5 years or longer. Some tenants work shift work but everyone enjoys a clean quiet house.
