There is a separate entrance for the basement tenants. Therefore, there should be no privacy issues with the upstairs tenants.

You will share laundry with basement tenant, upstairs has separate set.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING (even outside) AND NO PETS

If you have a car, you can use the street parking.

This property has tenants who are polite, quiet, respectful, and 100% not party people. I am looking for a person who is looking for this kind of rental place.

The room is available immediately and the lease agreement will expire on April 30th for now and you can extend if you would like to. I just set two ends of months to let all the tenants consider their staying which is every end of April and September in a year.

You will have shared backyard area as well.

The rent is $700/month (all inclusive) and there are one single bed with frame, table, and chair.
