The shared (no fee) laundry facilities on the main floor have new washer and dryer; that is, they are shared but are available to tenants at no charge. The front and back entrances to the apartment use high security “multi-locks”. Each suite is assigned some storage space in the garage. There is ample free parking on the street and two “first come, first served” parking spots adjacent to the garage on the north side of the building.  There is also one indoor garage space available for $100.00 per month.
