No smoking is permitted. Pets are allowed upon vetting and will add an additional $25/month per animal (negotiable). Internet is included. There is a separate side entrance for the basement which also has motion activated lights for the night to help you see in the evening/night. Available to move in whenever you're able. Backyard will have a nice patio in either late this year or ideally early next year. Currently due to construction next door the backyard isn't fully gated, but will be in the near future.
