Looking for a working professional to share the Townhouse with me ? located in Patterson. Master Bedroom has a city skyline view on second level. Shared bathroom upstairs, second bathroom downstairs.

This Bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, shelf, bed side table, desk and chair.

I work up north on a fly in/out rotation. 7 on, 7 off so I’ll only see you two weeks of the month!! The rest of the time you have the house to yourself. I have a part time job on my ‘days off’.

All utilities, internet included. 20 min drive downtown/40 min by bus. Heated Parking stall in garage. Patio is private and furnished, walking and bike trails, transit stops. Amenity building has Pool, Hot Tub and Gym Tennis court and basketball hoop.

Looking for a mindful roommate to share this townhouse. Students & Short term rentals preferred. I’m friendly and private. The entire space is shared.

Shared responsibilities include: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning both bathrooms and shared kitchen, and garbage removal. Must be willing and able to share these responsibilities. NO DRUGS

Looking for a kind and considerate Roommate. I have one cat, Mimi and she is very friendly and affectionate. I will need you to shower her in love and feed her/clean litter box while I am away please.
