This townhouse is walking distance to grocery stores (co-op and Safeway are 5 min walk) and restaurants. There is also a large park and baseball diamond right beside home.

There is a fenced - off leash dog park that is a 4 min drive or 17 min walk from the home.

Pets will be considered with an additional fee. However only one dog would be allowed.
