Tiny house available in downtown Squamish

Our family is looking for a single tenant for our tiny house. It is a separate unit in our back yard with a washroom that is shared with our family and is ten steps away from the tiny house entrance. The tiny house is furnished and all-inclusive with electricity and wireless internet.

The tiny house has a small living area downstairs with coat and shoe racks and a large armchair. The living area has a kitchenette setup that includes a pantry cabinet with counter, microwave, mini fridge, kettle, and one induction hotplate, as well as dishes and kitchen necessities, such as dishes, pots, etc. There is a sleeping loft with a wide, built-in ladder for upper access. Furnishings include a bed, linens, and a dresser. There is a laundromat two blocks away; no laundry access on-site.

There is a backyard fire pit that tenants can use and garden box access if desired. No smoking inside and no pets, as our property is the kingdom of two territorial cat queens. We have no covered storage for expensive toys and require a six-month lease as well as references and employment check.
