The living room has chairs, love seat, dining table and chairs, couches- one of which is pull-out. The available bedroom room has a double bed, desk, chair, bookcase, bed and bookcase. Linens not available though. Rent includes responsible use of utilities. Back yard has deck furniture and BBQ.

Private entrance. Washer and dryer are shared with residents living upstairs, who were recently, grad students too. Home owner lives quietly upstairs and has decades of experience in hosting.
