We are looking for UofA students, male or female, to rent a room for the next full school year starting in May 2025. The house is close to campus, with a bus stop just 2 minutes walk away. You will have access to the whole house, with the bedroom for rent in the basement and the kitchen and living room upstairs. There is a study area to put your desk in the basement outside the room. All other tenants are upper year or graduate studies students looking for a peaceful place to work and stay.
