Monthly professional cleaning included in rent. Additional cleaning service available billed to individuals as required.

Close to busses and LRT located close, gated parking area and street parking front with security cameras for peace of mind.

Preference for students and working professionals - Close to NAIT and CN Railyards.

We have hosted a lot of NAIT mature students and instructors doing apprenticeship and accreditation programs.
