We are looking for a roommate to help fill this big house. You will have a bathroom and a shower to share with another female roommate. These rooms are located next to each other beside a bathroom. This house has it all: Entertainment Room, 4 bathrooms, big kitchen, big fire pit, gazebo, dining room, gym, tanning bed, 800 sq/ft bar with a pool table, projector connected over a fireplace, outdoor hot tub, garden and more. The Room comes fully furnished. There are two fridges and 2 big freezers for extra food. This house sits on 4 acres, is 100% fenced in with a Texas gate and has stables. There is plenty of room for storage. All pets are welcome (outdoors only). It is a non-smoking house and no heavy drug users. If you have a horse, we have room for them too!

We are all very easy-going, professional, clean, and respectful. An auto body shop and a mechanic are on the premises to fix your vehicles. I live in Edmonton. Two females are renting rooms and looking for an additional candidate. They prefer a female who is respectful and shares the duties of keeping the place clean. Entitled people are not welcome. 

We’re looking for someone who is over 22 and under 45, professional, respectful of others, outgoing, cleans after themselves, and knows how to communicate with others on a friendly basis. We like to know who we live with. We have house rules that are strongly enforced to respect the other roommates’ living conditions.
