You will only have to share full bathroom with 1 tenant, but there's also a half-bathroom in this house. The contract is available for 6 months or 1 year lease. Damage deposit and 1 month advance deposit is required. The rent is $675/month. The utilities will be shared by all occupants, and the move-in date is June 1st. All other details includes:

**The bedroom is furnished (video of the room is available) as I will provide you a new mattress, bed, table, dresser, 3D TV, and a portable ice cooler fan unit (during summer). Video URL is available upon request (due to incompatible format in this website).
