Looking to rent a bedroom in my townhouse to one female tenant. I will not be renting to a couple. Located in Beddington NW. This would be shared accommodations with myself. You would have your own bedroom (You can choose which bedroom you would like), bathroom and your own TV area. Kitchen would be shared. There is an outdoor patio area with a small yard. Washing machine and dryer would also be shared. I do have two small non shedding dogs (Yorkie & Frenchie) that live in the house with me. Parking would be on the street and there is also visitor parking available. You need to be employed or actively going to school therefore University students are welcome. Looking for someone who is considerate and able to keep their space clean. Close to bus routes and grocery stores. U of C is 14 minutes away and downtown is about a 18 minute drive. If you enjoy hiking and biking Nose Hill Park is very close. If you are a traveler the airport is just a quick 8 minutes away. Looking forward to meeting you.
