I'm a quiet 35 year old working fulltime, looking for other quiet professionals or students to share my townhome.

I am looking to rent 2 bedrooms in my 3br townhouse. Each room is $850 per month (all utilities included) or both rooms for $1200 for the right person. Rooms both face west on the top floor of the townhome and can be furnished for an extra fee depending on your needs.

There is Street parking and rental spots with plugs for $50 per month. House is clean and well maintained with a fresh coat of paint. The Townhouse comes with wonderful small fenced yard and Washer and Dryer in the basement. The kitchen, laundry, living room, and partially finished basement are all shared.

The Townhouse is close to green space, transit, Major roads (Glenmore and Stoney trail), several awesome restaurants and a stones throw from Mount Royal University.

Must be LGBTQA+ friendly and ok to live with a Cat.
