1 bedroom, can be furnished or unfurnished, private bathroom with shower, secured heated parkade parking stall. 1 house trained dog is acceptable pending condo board approval. The bedroom is on the 2nd floor with in-suite stairs or building elevator access.

The kitchen and laundry are shared on ground level. There is a private patio, ideal for quick access outside for a dog walk. The kitchen and appliances are brand new. There is a flex space upstairs, used for storage, can be set up for TV room or office.

Mature professional, not working from home full time. He or she, if in a relationship should be living separately - I'm looking for one tenant, not a couple. Non-smoker, responsible pet owner, decent human being who loves this town and appreciates what it has to offer.
