Looking for someone to take over my lease at UPTEN in a shared 2 bed/2 bath apartment!

Details:
•    Room: Unfurnished 1 bed + 1 private bath
•    Move-in date flexible for January. You can move in as early as January 10.
•    Security deposit: REDUCED to $500
•    Current lease ends August 31st 2025 with potential to sign a new lease after!
•    RENT: $1,244.50/month (each) + electricity, Wi-Fi, and tenant insurance
•    Parking: Available in heated underground garage for $185/month
•    In-suite laundry
