Seton- Room available close to South Health campus Hospital | Calgary

Looking for a female to rent a bedroom in my 3 bed/2.5 bath house in Seton (in walking distance of SHC, just up 45st behind my house). 
I’m a travel nurse so not home much (1-2 weeks every 2-3 months). My current roommate works at a clinic here in Calgary. We are not in a rush to find someone as we are looking for a good fit. We are both quiet, clean, friendly, non smokers, no drugs. 
Street parking. 
next summer I will have turf placed and the rest of the fencing completed.
