Looking to rent out a room in my home in Hotchkiss community SE Calgary The rental includes access to the house facilities , its a shared accommodation. Approximately 25 minute drive to downtown from the south. No bus service near here yet, but likely in the next year or so. 12 minute drive to most amenities. Not much storage, but can be negotiated if extra is needed. Street Parking . Room is 10 x 13 plus a 5 x 6 walk in closet. Rent includes utilities and Internet with a few conditions. I am looking for 1 year leases primarily. Probably suited to students and / or older renters.
