Beautiful Family Home | 11521 33A Avenue Northwest, Edmonton

This house has been a wonderful home for us over the past six years. With three spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a powder room on the lower level, it’s been the perfect place to grow and make memories. The living room features a large, new window that fills the space with natural light.

One of our favourite spaces is what we affectionately call the Library Room—it's the lower-level family room where we've kept all our books. It also has a beautiful picture window overlooking the gorgeous, fully treed and landscaped backyard. Many special moments have been shared around the fire pit out there.

We truly believe our crescent is the best in the world, thanks to our incredible neighbours and the warm, family-friendly atmosphere. It’s a quiet, respectful, and welcoming community.
