This is a professionally managed and newly renovated, shared 3-room condo by Eaton Center. The room for rent is a medium sized room with a direct entrance to the balcony with great views to the city's landmark: the CN Tower and City Hall, available for move-in from March 1, 2025 or earlier. Flexible lease term with minimal 4 months (required for condo regulation; after the first lease term, it can go by month-by-month or a new term).

The suite is fully-furnished 3-room + 2-bathroom unit. The room for rent has a full-sized bed and a TV and a 3-deck work station, with mirror closet and dresser/drawers in the closet. You'll be sharing the bathroom with 1 flat mate (young professional at 20-39 years).

You'll share comfortable common areas (kitchen, living room, balcony) with a total of 2 friendly flat mates (1 as described above, and another young professional living in the master bedroom with her own bathroom in her own room). We are looking for a single person tenant (not a couple please), non-smoker and no pet, full-time working professional (proof of job required).

Available for occupancy from March 1st, 2025 or earlier, for $1450/month. First month + last month and a $200 security deposit is required. A copy of government-issued ID (e.g., passport) and proof of job are also required.
