Nous sommes à la recherche d’un logement à louer dans un rayon de 5 km autour de Gatineau Hull pour 2 personnes. Notre budget est de maximum 1 100 $ tout inclus ou 1 000 $ avec l’eau incluse. Nous sommes ouverts à différents types de logements : appartement, condo ou même un studio spacieux, en sous-sol ou même semi sous-sol tant qu’il est propre et bien entretenu.
Critères recherchés :
• Loyer tout inclus (électricité, eau chaude, chauffage) à partir de 1 100 $ maximum ou à partir de 900 $ avec eau chaude incluse, et électricité/chauffage à part.
• 1 chambre, ou plus si possible, avec espace spacieux et lumineux
• Laverie avec sécheuse et laveuse incluses
• Proximité des transports en commun (stationnement non nécessaire)
• Non fumeurs, sans animaux

We are currently searching for a rental property within a 5 km radius of Gatineau Hull for 2 people. Our budget is a maximum of $1,100 all-inclusive or $1,000 with hot water included. We are open to various types of accommodations: apartment, condo, or even a spacious studio, in a basement or semi-basement, as long as it is clean and well-maintained.
Criteria sought:
• Rent all-inclusive (electricity, hot water, heating) up to $1,100 maximum, or from $900 with hot water included, with electricity and heating separate.
• 1 bedroom, or more if possible, with spacious and bright living space.
• Laundry facilities with washer and dryer included.
• Proximity to public transportation (no parking necessary).
• Non-smoking, no pets.
• Unfurnished is acceptable.
• Minimum 1-year lease.
