It's ideal for a single person or a couple looking for a turnkey landing spot in the heart of Plateau Mont-Royal (just steps away from Parc des Compagnons-de-Saint-Laurent).

The apartment is a 4 1/2, totally equipped and furnished, with an area of 850 square feet, on the first (and top) floor of our duplex located on a quiet, tree-lined street. Close to all amenities and several parks, it features a large bedroom, a closed office, a bathroom, a kitchen-dining room, two living areas, as well as two private balconies, one facing our quiet street in the front, and the other overlooking a green alley in the back.

We are the owners and occupants of the ground floor, very responsive, and ready to share our knowledge of Montreal.

The monthly rent is $1990 including the cost of utilities (electricity + internet + rented housing insurance).
